All contracts for the purchase of products concluded through the site www.frequencymatrix.com between the seller and the Customer are governed by these conditions of sale. The contract stipulated must be considered concluded with the acceptance, of the order by the seller, FrequencyMatrix, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. The Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the failure, even partial, to accept an order. Delivery times are indicative and are not binding. No compensation for direct or indirect damages can be claimed for non-delivery or delayed delivery.

Hidden damage
It can happen to discover a defect only after removing the packaging. In this case, you must provide us with the photographic documentation by e-mail within 72 hours. We will send you the defective component free of charge as soon as possible. Replacements will be made to the shipping address (or any address provided in neighboring areas) included in the order.
Right of withdrawal
The legislation on the sale of products via the Internet (articles 50 to 68 of the Consumer Code) provides for the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for private consumers who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity. The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for all "goods made to measure or clearly personalized" (as stated in the law on the right of withdrawal); most of the products in our electronic catalog fall within this category because they are clearly customized on precise indications provided by the customer, so we ask you to contact us for any further information. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to communicate to the email within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, the will to withdraw from the contract in the following ways: sending a certified e-mail to os@frequencymatrix.com.
After the notice of withdrawal, the customer will ship at his own expense the product carefully packed in the original packaging and complete with each accessory. Frequencymatrix.com will refund the products within 15 days once the integrity of the same has been checked. The refund is made by PayPal to the account references provided by the customer.
Guarantees
Pursuant to D.Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") all furnishing accessories for sale on the frequencymatrix website are covered by the 24-month Legal Warranty. For VAT holders, the legal guarantee is not valid, but the commercial guarantee remains valid, which can vary from 12/24 months depending on the company purchased. The legal guarantee provides for liability to the consumer for defects of conformity not found at the time of purchase. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (Article 130 of the Consumer Code). The consumer may ask the seller to repair the goods or to replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable period of time from the request by the consumer. Product improvements that were not indicated in the "Product Description" at the time of purchase are not to be considered "defects of conformity".
Times and methods of exercise of the Legal Guarantee.
The Customer must: Send a written communication with the photographic documentation to os@frequencymatrix.com indicating the defect of the product; as soon as the defect of the product has been ascertained, it will activate the procedure for the replenishment of the defective piece or component. The company excludes any guarantee where it is found that the defect derives from the fault, negligence, incompetence or imprudence of the customer. The Company shall not be liable if the defects, defects or failures have been caused by the incorrect behaviour of the client; the warranty is not valid even when the product is damaged due to the use of products unsuitable for cleaning or incorrect installation.
Unavailability of ordered products
In the event that an order is sent for a product that has gone out of production and / or no longer available, frequencymatrix.com will send as soon as possible notice of cancellation and refund any deposits or payments made. The customer will not be able to request any penalty as compensation.
Prices
The prices of the online catalog are expressed in Euros and indicate the cost of the product including VAT. In the case of products with options, the initial price shown refers to the basic product or the product in its most economical configuration. The delivery costs, for those who want to use this service, are calculated by the electronic system. In case of errors in the insertion of prices and / or malfunction of the system frequencymatrix reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. Any deposits or balance payments will be immediately returned. The customer will not be able to request any penalty as compensation.
Retention of title
The sale is understood as a reservation of title in favor of frequencymatrix.com and therefore the buyer will acquire ownership of the goods only with full payment of the price. In case of purchase with a request for financing, the contractual relationships are intended for all purposes distinct and autonomous from each other.
Replacements
The goods are replaced free of charge if the transport document indicates the damage suffered or the words "withdrawal with reserve" are transcribed, specifying the reason. In this way we can instruct the courier to provide for the replacement without any expense at your expense. Aware of the importance that a quick replacement can have, we pay particular attention to the replenishment of packages as quickly as possible thanks to the working relationship with our suppliers. However, in some cases, the replenishment times of the products may be similar to those of production indicated in the product sheet. Replacements will be made to the shipping address (or any address provided in neighboring areas) included in the order.
Delivery time
For each product, in the "Delivery times & info" tab, an estimate of the weeks needed for delivery is provided. Since this is an estimate, although very rarely, there may be delays in production times that will postpone delivery. Shipments may also be delayed due to technical unforeseen events, midweek holidays and deliveries through local couriers. The above delays cannot be disputed.
